Three ways to work
Find the kind of support
that fits your situation
Each offer is shaped around a different kind of need — from a single focused session to a longer consultative arc. All of them include written deliverables and a follow-up where it is useful.

A short note on how these offers differ
The three offers here are not a ladder — you do not need to start at the entry point and work upward. Each is designed for a distinct situation. The habit mapping session is a one-time focused engagement. The coaching programme is for people who want sustained, paced reflection over several weeks. The roadmap consultation is for longer-horizon planning around a specific arc or project.
If you are unsure which would be the most useful, a short message through the contact form is enough to talk it through before committing to anything.
Single session
Productivity Habit Mapping Session
¥13,500
A session for people who would like to examine the shape of their working week — when attention comes easily, when it falters, where small adjustments might reduce friction. The consultant walks through your current routine, listens for patterns and pressure points, and helps draft a one-page map of low-effort shifts.
The focus is on durable changes rather than maximal output. The deliverable is a written summary with two or three suggested adjustments and an option for a brief follow-up after a few weeks of testing.
Six sessions
Self-Reflection Coaching Programme
¥22,500
A six-session coaching arrangement organized around reflective practice — journaling prompts, attention exercises, and structured conversations about recurring themes you wish to consider. The pacing is gentle, with two-week intervals that give space for observations to settle.
The programme does not prescribe outcomes; it supports you in your own thinking. Suitable for professionals between roles, recent graduates, and anyone navigating a quieter transition. Materials and notes are shared after each session.
Planning consultation
Personal Growth Roadmap Consultation
¥27,500
A planning session for people interested in shaping a longer arc — six months to a year — around a personal project, learning goal, or life transition. The consultant works through your current situation, the markers you would like to see along the way, and the supports that might be useful during that stretch.
The roadmap is delivered as a written document with quarterly checkpoints and suggested resources. Includes a single follow-up review approximately three months in. Suited to self-directed planners.

Finding the right fit
Who tends to find each offer useful
Habit Mapping Session
Well-suited if you are not in a major transition but have noticed that some part of your working routine is creating more friction than it should. One focused conversation, one clear written output.
Self-Reflection Coaching Programme
Works well for people navigating a quieter transition — between roles, after a significant change, or at a point where they would like to think more clearly about recurring patterns before deciding on a direction.
Personal Growth Roadmap Consultation
Useful for people who already have some sense of what they want to work toward over the coming months but would benefit from having it structured into a written document with checkpoints and a follow-up review to see how it has settled.
Ready when you are
Not sure which fits — just ask
A short message describing what you are currently thinking about is enough. There is no obligation attached to reaching out — it is just a conversation about what might be useful.
